    Noel Kingsley's book actually explains Alexander Technique in a very easy to understand manner, perfect for someone who is thinking of taking up lessons but doesn't know what Alexander Technique involves. It still has a special place on my bedside table and I still read it; Noel also has a sense of humour, so it's not dry to read at all.
