    I have been running for about 40 years, studying the Alexander Technique since 1978, and teaching the A.T. since 1989. I have written extensively about running, and have spoken to a couple of editors about writing a book on the subject. Then I simply decided to put my writing on a website, which I began doing a couple of months ago. I feel that having a dynamic site is far better than producing a static book, because I can add to it (and subtract from it) at will.

    So, there are things on the site that can be greatly improved, especially the photos and videos, which all come from one session with a pocket camera! I'm looking down, because there was glass on the track, and I was running barefoot.
