    Early on I read where one never forces a direction, never physically exerting in doing the direction. But even here, I feel I need more to accomplish. I'm sure there are times when I'm not 'light' enough. I will work harder on the 'light' aspect. I do, however, focus on the part of the body involved in the direction. But even here, I'm now experimenting with maintaining in my mind focus only on the primary control while just thinking through the words of any sub direction I may be trying to apply.
