    Does anyone have any experience of the Wavestool? (http://www.waveseat.com)

    I do suffer from occasional lower back pain and I suspect my sitting habits contribute to this.

    It's not cheap, but it looks like it could help. Noam Renen, an Alexander teacher, devised a one legged stool:

    It could probably be made at home fairly easily!
